View Your Active Agents and Dues Payment Status by Brokerage 

This page explains how Designated Brokers and Office Managers can view their active agent roster by brokerage to both manage their roster and see which agents have not paid their REALTOR® dues for each office they manage. 

Using the “Change Org” feature, DBs with multiple offices can easily switch between brokerages to: 

  • Review their active agent roster 
  • Identify open dues invoices for agents in each office 

Step 1: Log In to Your TPCAR Account 

  1. Go to the TPCAR website and log in using your member credentials. 
  1. Once logged in, you will land in the membership InfoHub

Step 2: Select the Correct Brokerage (Important for DBs with Multiple Offices) 

If you oversee more than one office, you must select the correct organization before viewing rosters or billing. 

  1. In the InfoHub, click the “Change Org” button underneath your profile icon on the left-hand column. 
  1. Choose the brokerage you want to view from the list. 

You can repeat this process at any time to switch between offices. 

Step 3: View Your Active Agent Roster 

  1. With the correct brokerage selected, navigate to the My Info section in the left-column, and select the Related Contacts tab. 
  1. Review the list of agents currently associated with that office. 
  1. Confirm that: 
  • All currently active / new agents are listed 
  • Any agents who have left the office are no longer included 

If your office roster requires changes, please contact TPCAR at info@tpcar.org to have changes completed. Keeping this roster accurate is critical for billing, compliance, and membership records. 

Step 4: View Unpaid Dues by Agent 

Designated Brokers can also view open dues invoices for agents in their office. 

  1. In the InfoHub, go to My Billing Info. 
  1. This page will display the full list of open dues invoices by agent for the currently selected brokerage. 
  1. Review which agents have: 
  • Outstanding dues or invoice balances 

Use the “Change Org” button to switch brokerages and view payment status for each office separately.
