2025 Award Recipients Bio

This award is given to one outstanding member who has been in the real estate profession for two (2) years or less as a REALTOR® and who has also made an impact in that short time. 

This year’s Rookie of the Year award recipient is Bond Finseth.  

As expected of this award’s recipient, Bond achieved early success in real estate, providing incredible, personalized, professional service to his clients. What makes his story especially remarkable is that he’s balancing all of this while continuing his service to our country as an active-duty military officer with the Washington Army National Guard and a Special Forces Captain. 

Despite those demands, he finds the time to give back—both to his community and to our industry. He’s already engaged in Government Affairs, actively looking for ways to support our local and state associations, and has become a strong advocate for TPCAR. He also brings that same service mindset to financial education, developing and teaching a free financial literacy and wealth-building course for service members and young families, helping hundreds of people build a stronger future. 

And while all of that would be impressive on its own, he’s also delivered results. In just his first year in real estate, he closed 15 transactions, totaling $8.35 million in sales volume—a clear sign that his work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to his clients are paying off. 

He goes the extra mile. He shows up prepared. And he brings his best foot forward every single day.
