2025 Award Recipients Bio

The Special Achievement Award is one of our most meaningful honors. It recognizes a REALTOR® whose career reflects sustained involvement at the local, state, and national levels; whose leadership extends beyond real estate; and whose work embodies education, professionalism, ethical practice, and community service. 

Elizabeth represents those values not through one initiative or one role—but through an extraordinary breadth of leadership, service, and impact over the course of her career. 

She currently serves on the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and participates on the Diversity Committee—helping guide decisions that elevate our membership and ensure our industry reflects the communities we serve. Within her brokerage, she serves on the Broker Advisory Board as Diversity Member-at-Large, bridging leadership and brokers while advocating for education, mentorship, and accountability. 

Her commitment to education is equally strong. As a real estate instructor and mentor, she invests in the success of others—because she believes a strong industry depends on knowledgeable, ethical professionals. 

And then there is her community impact—where the sheer scope of her involvement is nothing short of remarkable. 

Elizabeth is a leader in Rotary and has helped direct fundraising efforts that delivered $30,000 to the START Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital, supporting survivors of sexual assault with immediate, trauma-informed care. She also serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Good Samaritan Foundation and Puyallup Arts Downtown, and has chaired major fundraising events, founded environmental and led animal-welfare initiatives, placing dozens of animals into loving homes.
