2025 Award Recipients Bio

Miles Eaton

Community Service

The Community Service Award honors a REALTOR® whose outstanding contributions have made a lasting and measurable impact on our local community—through service, leadership, and commitment over time.

This year’s recipient exemplifies that standard in every sense.

For more than a decade, he has dedicated himself to one of Pierce County’s most important charitable efforts: the Mary Bridge Festival of Trees, which supports critical pediatric care for families across our region.

In his role as Chair over the past three years, he has overseen one of the largest and most complex fundraising operations in our community and under his leadership, the Festival has not only grown—it has shattered records.

  • In 2023, the event raised more than $2.2 million.
  • In 2024, it surpassed that with $2.4 million.
  • And this past year, the Festival reached a milestone never before achieved—breaking the $3 million mark for the first time in its history.

That success translates directly into life-changing care for children and families.

What makes his contribution especially meaningful is that it is sustained, hands-on, and driven by purpose. He doesn’t step in for recognition—he steps in because the work matters.

Through volunteer leadership, advocacy, and philanthropy, he has made a meaningful and lasting difference in our community.

And while all of that would be impressive on its own, he’s also delivered results. In just his first year in real estate, he closed 15 transactions, totaling $8.35 million in sales volume—a clear sign that his work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to his clients are paying off.

He goes the extra mile. He shows up prepared. And he brings his best foot forward every single day.
