2025 Award Recipients Bio
Linda Heiser
2025 Distinguished Lifetime Service
Early in her career, Linda began with the Harold A. Allen Company, where she spent ten formative years as a REALTOR®. This foundation makes the Harold A. Allen Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award especially meaningful, as it reflects both where her professional journey began and the legacy, she went on to build.
Linda has been a committed leader within TPCAR, serving as Treasurer during the period when the Association and the MLS operated together and were housed in the Orchard Street building. She was also actively engaged in advocacy, serving as a legislative contact with key representative Congressman Adam Smith, ensuring REALTOR® voices were heard on critical issues.
In recognition of her long-standing service and contributions, Linda was honored with a Lifetime Membership to TPCAR, awarded during Wanda Coats’ tenure as Executive Officer. Her leadership and dedication were further recognized with the TPCAR President’s Award in both 2014 and 2015, a distinction reserved for those who go above and beyond in service to the Association.
Professionally, Linda was an innovator and trailblazer. She and her husband were among the first REALTORS® in the area to work as a team, earning the TPCAR Team Sales Achievement Award in 2007. Together, they went on to open and operate their own John L. Scott office, successfully managing it for seven years before selling it to the Bonney Lake John L. Scott office.
In the later years of her career, Linda focused her practice on serving seniors, earning her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation and providing compassionate, knowledgeable guidance to clients during major life transitions.
Through leadership, advocacy, innovation, and service, Linda Heiser has made a profound and lasting impact on the real estate profession and the REALTOR® community, making her a truly deserving recipient of the Harold A. Allen Distinguished Lifetime Service Award
